(Attractive Basic Salary range from RM 1600 – RM 2000 + Allowances)

Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support for Kyocera’s customers. Support includes installation, repair, trouble-shooting, diagnose fault and regular maintenance
• Follow-up technical cases, deal with escalation & closure of cases.
  

Requirements :

• Male or Female, age less than 35
• Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering @ Diploma in IT and/or 3 years experience in technical service support
• Computer literacy will be an added advantage
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Result oriented and highly driven
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Posses own transport (motor-cycle or car) with valid driving license
