Responsibilities

  • To produce monthly report on all incoming calls.
  • Receive all questions and conserns from external and internal customers.
  • Provide solutions to problem from customers.
  • A strong atitutde to learn quickly and stay updated.
 

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM & 1 year of  working Experince gained from working in Customer Service.
  • Required Skill(s): Computer literacy
  • Required Language(s): BM and English.
  • Be well spoken with pleasant demeanor
  • Excellent communication skill -have excellent telephone manner and approchable.
  • Good attitude & willing to learn.
  • Able to attend/ answer incoming calls from customer,identify problems and assist them to solve the problem by providing right solutions.
  • Able to prioritize multitask & work independently.
  • 5 working day (8:00AM-5:30PM).
